266.780 - Judgment of disincorporation. - Nevada Statutes

266.780  Judgment of disincorporation.  The vote must be taken and canvassed in the same manner as in other city elections, and return thereof made to the district court. If the court finds that a majority of the legal votes are cast “For Disincorporation,” a judgment must be entered disincorporating the corporation, and upon the entry of the judgment, its corporate powers cease.
