266.0335 - Preparation of legal description of incorporated city. - Nevada Statutes

266.0335  Preparation of legal description of incorporated city.  Upon approval of the incorporation by the voters, the board of county commissioners shall authorize a professional land surveyor licensed pursuant to chapter 625 of NRS to prepare a legal description of the area of the incorporated city by metes and bounds and courses and distances. The cost of the survey is a charge against the incorporated city.
