266.038 - Candidate for elective office of newly created city. - Nevada Statutes

266.038  Candidate for elective office of newly created city.  A person who wishes to become a candidate for an elective office of a newly created city must:

      1.  Reside within the boundaries of the newly created city; and

      2.  File a declaration of candidacy with the county clerk not less than 30 days nor more than 90 days before the date of the election.
