268.632 - Services of planning commission and county officers. - Nevada Statutes

268.632  Services of planning commission and county officers.  The county or regional planning commission, if any, shall render advisory services to the city annexation commission upon its request. Other county officers, including without limitation the county engineer and the district attorney, shall cooperate with the city annexation commission by furnishing information and staff services within their respective fields.
