268.650  Disapproval of annexation: No subsequent notice of intention to annex may be filed within 1 year.  If the annexation of territory to a city is not approved, a notice of intention to annex the same or substantially the same territory to that city must not be filed with the commission for at least 1 year after the date of disapproval.
