268.652  Notice of commission’s action to be given by executive officer to clerk of governing body of city; findings.  Notice of the action taken by the commission shall be given by the executive officer to the clerk of the governing body of the city to which the annexation is pending, within 5 days from the date of such action, and shall be accompanied by the findings of fact upon which such action is based.
