268.470 - Retention of reasonable costs of collection. - Nevada Statutes

268.470  Retention of reasonable costs of collection.  The city so collecting such a county license tax may retain from time to time the amounts equal to the reasonable costs of so collecting such tax not exceeding for any collection period an amount equal to 10 percent of the gross revenues collected therefrom.
