268.500  City to effect prompt collection of delinquent taxes.  The municipality shall promptly effect the collection of all such delinquent taxes in the manner provided by law for the collection of municipal license taxes.

      NRS 268.510  Examination of books, papers and records by city and its agents.  The municipality or its duly authorized agents are hereby empowered to examine the books, papers and records of any person in interest.
