269.415 - Applicability of Local Government Securities Law. - Nevada Statutes

269.415  Applicability of Local Government Securities Law.  Subject to the provisions of NRS 269.410, for any improvements authorized by NRS 269.405, the town board or the board of county commissioners may, on the behalf and in the name of the town, borrow money, otherwise become obligated, and evidence obligations by the issuance of bonds and other town securities, and in connection with the undertaking or improvements, the board may otherwise proceed as provided in the Local Government Securities Law.
