269.013 - Name: Unlawful use by another political subdivision. - Nevada Statutes

269.013  Name: Unlawful use by another political subdivision.  It is unlawful for any political subdivision of the State of Nevada to adopt as its official name a name previously officially adopted by any town in this state.

      NRS 269.014  Seal.  An unincorporated town in this state shall have a common seal and may change the seal at pleasure.
