269.0205 - Single candidate declared elected. - Nevada Statutes

269.0205  Single candidate declared elected.  If at 5 p.m. on the last day for filing a notice of intention of candidacy for the position of member of a town board, there is only one candidate who has filed a notice of intention for the position, that candidate must be declared elected and no election may be held for that position.
