270.170  Person claiming material injury may commence action to have order of vacation set aside.  Any person claiming material injury by any order so made by the city council may at any time within 60 days after the date of such order commence an action in the district court having jurisdiction to have such order set aside.

      NRS 270.180  NRS 270.160 and 270.170 supplementary; applicability.  NRS 270.160 and 270.170 are intended to supplement and not to supersede the existing laws relating to the vacation of city and town plats and do not apply to land divided pursuant to NRS 278.010 to 278.630, inclusive.
