271.430 - Payment of deficiency in assessment. - Nevada Statutes

271.430  Payment of deficiency in assessment.  Should any assessment prove insufficient to pay for the project or work for which it is levied and the expense incident thereto, the amount of the deficiency must be paid from the general fund of the municipality to the extent that money is not available for its payment from the surplus and deficiency fund.
