271.4335 - Rights and remedies cumulative. - Nevada Statutes

271.4335  Rights and remedies cumulative.  No right or remedy conferred upon any owner of property assessed is exclusive of any other right or remedy, but each such right or remedy is cumulative and in addition to every other right or remedy and may be exercised without exhausting and without regard to any other remedy conferred by NRS 271.433 and 271.434, or by any other law.
