271.477 - Issuance of bonds payable solely from proceeds of assessments. - Nevada Statutes

271.477  Issuance of bonds payable solely from proceeds of assessments.  A governing body may issue bonds to defray the costs of a project which are payable solely from the proceeds of an assessment made hereunder. The provisions of NRS 271.495 and 271.500 do not apply to bonds issued pursuant to this section.
