271.208 - “Special benefit” defined. - Nevada Statutes

271.208  “Special benefit” defined.  “Special benefit” means the increase in the market value of a tract that is directly attributable to a project for which an assessment is made as determined by the local government that made the assessment. The term may include incidental costs of the project as determined by the local government.
