277.207 - Priority for hearings in judicial actions and proceedings. - Nevada Statutes

277.207  Priority for hearings in judicial actions and proceedings.  All judicial actions and proceedings in which there may arise a question of the validity of any matter under the provisions of NRS 277.190 to 277.220, inclusive, shall be advanced as a matter of immediate public interest and concern, and be heard at the earliest practicable moment.
