277A.360  Annual reports to Department by commissions in certain counties.  In counties having a population of less than 100,000, the commission shall submit an annual report to the Department for the fiscal year showing the amount of receipts from the county motor vehicle fuel tax imposed pursuant to chapter 373 of NRS and the nature of the expenditures for each project.
