278.794  Terms of office of members of governing body; review of appointments. [Effective upon proclamation by Governor of withdrawal of California from Tahoe Regional Planning Compact or of finding by Governor that the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency has become unable to perform its duties or exercise its powers.]  The terms of office of the members of the governing body, other than the member appointed by the other members, are at the pleasure of the appointing authority in each case, but each appointment must be reviewed no less often than every 4 years.
