278A.460  Planning, zoning and subdivisions determined by city or county.  All planning, zoning and subdivision matters relating to the platting, use and development of the planned unit development and subsequent modifications of the regulations relating thereto to the extent modification is vested in the city or county, must be determined and established by the city or county.
