278A.300 - Exterior lighting. - Nevada Statutes

278A.300  Exterior lighting.  Exterior lighting within the development shall be provided on private common drives, private vehicular streets and on public streets. The lighting on all public streets shall conform to the standards approved by the governing body for regular use elsewhere in the city or county.
