278A.340 - Sanitary sewers. - Nevada Statutes

278A.340  Sanitary sewers.  Sanitary sewers shall be installed and maintained as required by the public works department. Sanitary sewers to be maintained by the governing body and not located in public streets shall be located in easements and shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the public works department.
