278C.100 - “Publication” and “publish” defined. - Nevada Statutes

278C.100  “Publication” and “publish” defined.  “Publication” or “publish” means publication in at least one newspaper, except as otherwise expressly provided or necessarily implied in this chapter, at least once a week for 3 consecutive weeks by three weekly insertions, the first publication being at least 15 days before the designated time or event.
