279.472 - Leases or sales: Public hearing. - Nevada Statutes

279.472  Leases or sales: Public hearing.  Any lease or sale made pursuant to NRS 279.470 may be made without public bidding but only after a public hearing, notice of which shall be given by publication for not less than once a week for 2 weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in the county in which the land lies.
