279.642 - Validity of bonds: Termination of office. - Nevada Statutes

279.642  Validity of bonds: Termination of office.  If any agency member or officer whose signature appears on bonds or coupons ceases to be such member or officer before delivery of the bonds, the signature of the member or officer is as effective as if the member or officer had remained in office.
