279.398 - “Obligee” defined.
279.398 “Obligee” defined. “Obligee” includes any bondholder, his or her trustee, any lessor demising to the agency property used in connection with a redevelopment area or any assignee of all or part of his or her interest, and the Federal Government if it is a party to any contract with the agency.
