279.522 - Requests for evaluation of particular area. - Nevada Statutes

279.522  Requests for evaluation of particular area.  Any person may, in writing, request the legislative body, or the planning commission or the agency if authorized by the legislative body to designate areas for evaluation, to designate such an area for study, and may submit with their request plans showing the proposed redevelopment of that area or any part thereof.
