279.602 - Copy of ordinance transmitted to agency.
279.602 Copy of ordinance transmitted to agency. Upon the filing of the ordinance with the clerk or other appropriate officer of the legislative body, a copy of the ordinance shall be sent to the agency, and the agency is vested with the responsibility for carrying out the plan.
