279.6035  Applicants for building permits must be advised of redevelopment area.  After the adoption of a redevelopment plan, all applicants for building permits in the redevelopment area must be advised by the building department of the community that the site for which a building permit is sought for the construction of buildings or for other improvements is within a redevelopment area.
