281.635  Local government authorized to enact ordinance providing greater protection to local governmental officers and employees against reprisal and retaliation.  A local government may enact by ordinance procedures that provide greater protection to local governmental officers and employees against reprisal and retaliation for the disclosure of improper governmental action than the protection provided in NRS 281.611 to 281.671, inclusive.
