286.215  Duties of Board: Calculation and determination of contributions, benefits and service credit related to qualified military service.  Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the Board shall provide for the calculation and determination of contributions, benefits and service credit relating to qualified military service as defined in section 414(u) of the Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. § 414(u)).
