286.265  Notice to Public Employees’ Benefits Program regarding certain changes in payment status of benefit recipients.  The System shall provide to the Public Employees’ Benefits Program written notice regarding a change in the payment status of a recipient of benefits provided pursuant to this chapter that affects the eligibility of the recipient to participate in the Program. Such notice must be provided by the System to the Program, in a format agreed upon by the System and the Program, within 30 calendar days after the System is notified of the change in payment status.
