287.470  Program additional to other retirement, pension and benefit systems.  The program is in addition to other retirement, pension and benefit systems available to employees of the political subdivision and does not supersede, make inoperative or reduce benefits provided by the Public Employees’ Retirement System or by any other retirement, pension or benefit program established by law.

      NRS 287.480  Use of appropriated money in administration of program.  No appropriated money of the political subdivision may be spent in connection with the administration of the program except as compensation for employees who participated in the administration as part of their regular duties.
