287.0405 - “Participating local governmental agency” defined. - Nevada Statutes

287.0405  “Participating local governmental agency” defined.  “Participating local governmental agency” means a county, school district, municipal corporation, political subdivision, public corporation or other local governmental agency that has an agreement in effect with the Program pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 287.025 to obtain group insurance from the Program.
