287.070 - “Employee tax” defined. - Nevada Statutes

287.070  “Employee tax” defined.  For the purposes of NRS 287.050 to 287.240, inclusive, “employee tax” means the tax imposed by section 1400 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1939 and section 3101 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
