287.090  “Federal Insurance Contributions Act” defined.  For the purposes of NRS 287.050 to 287.240, inclusive, “Federal Insurance Contributions Act” means subchapter A of chapter 9 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1939 and subchapters A and B of chapter 21 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as such codes have been and may from time to time be amended.
