289.200  Officers and employees of state facilities for detention of children.  Officers and employees of the Nevada Youth Training Center, the Caliente Youth Center and any other state facility for the detention of children that is operated pursuant to title 5 of NRS have the powers of a peace officer so far as necessary to arrest children who have escaped from that facility.
