293.497 - Residence of head of family. - Nevada Statutes

293.497  Residence of head of family.  If a person has a family residing in one place and does business in another, the former is the person’s residence, unless his or her family is located there only temporarily, but if his or her family resides without the State and the person is permanently residing within the State, with no intention of removing therefrom, the person shall be deemed a resident for election purposes.
