293.750  Removal or destruction of election supplies or equipment.  Any person who, during an election, removes or destroys any of the supplies or equipment placed in the booths or compartments, or removes or defaces the cards of instruction posted as prescribed by this chapter, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
