293B.140 - Appointment of accuracy certification board. - Nevada Statutes

293B.140  Appointment of accuracy certification board.  Before conducting the test required pursuant to the provisions of NRS 293B.150, the county or city clerk shall appoint three persons, not more than two of whom are of the same political party, to serve as an accuracy certification board. Not more than two of the persons appointed to the board may be employees of the county or city.
