309.385  Powers of district concerning location and construction of improvements subordinate to powers of regional planning agency.  In any region of this State for which there has been established by interstate compact a regional planning agency, the powers of any district organized or reorganized under this chapter with respect to the location and construction of all improvements are subordinate to the powers of such regional planning agency.
