309.334 - Notice of election: Form; publication. - Nevada Statutes

309.334  Notice of election: Form; publication.  Except as otherwise provided in NRS 309.3395, the board shall prescribe the form of the notice of election, and direct the publication of the same for 3 weeks, the first of the three publications of which must be not less than 20 days before the election.
