309.339  Contracts with United States and all private and public entities.  The board shall have the power in its discretion to enter into contracts and agreements affecting the affairs of the district, with all persons, corporations and private and public entities within and without the State of Nevada, including but not limited to contracts with the United States of America and any of its agencies or instrumentalities and contracts with any municipality or district within and without the State, including but not limited to contracts or agreements for the operation of a common, separately or jointly owned project.
