315.990 - Payments in lieu of taxes. - Nevada Statutes

315.990  Payments in lieu of taxes.  The Authority shall agree with the governing body of each affected city, town, county or other political subdivision to make such payments in lieu of taxes as it finds consistent with the maintenance of the low-rent character of housing projects or the achievement of the purposes of NRS 315.961 to 315.99874, inclusive.
