318.520 - Rights and liabilities not affected by enactment. - Nevada Statutes

318.520  Rights and liabilities not affected by enactment.  Chapter 542, Statutes of Nevada 1967, shall not impair or affect any act done, offense committed or right accruing, accrued or acquired, or liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred prior to May 1, 1967, but the same may be enjoyed, asserted, enforced, prosecuted or inflicted, as fully and to the same extent as if chapter 542, Statutes of Nevada 1967, had not been passed.
