321.560  Acquisition of lands by State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources authorized.  The Department may, on behalf of the State of Nevada, purchase or otherwise acquire from the Federal Government all or any portion of any available land in Lincoln County, Nevada, at intervals during any period when such purchase may be made as provided by the Congress of the United States, including any extension of time granted by the Secretary of the Interior, or otherwise.
