327.070  Limitation on use of terms “Nevada Coordinate System of 1927” and “Nevada Coordinate System of 1983.”  The use of the term “Nevada Coordinate System of 1927” or “Nevada Coordinate System of 1983” on any map, report of survey, or other document is limited to use for coordinates based on the system as defined in this chapter.

      NRS 327.090  Purchaser or mortgagee need not rely on description depending exclusively on coordinate system.  Nothing contained in this chapter requires any purchaser or mortgagee of real property to rely on a land description, any part of which depends exclusively upon either of the systems established by this chapter.
