332.353  Additional circumstance in which person may be deemed qualified service company.  Notwithstanding the provisions of NRS 332.352, a governing body may deem a person a qualified service company if the person has been determined by:

      1.  The State Public Works Board or a local government pursuant to NRS 338.1379 to be qualified to bid on a public work; or

      2.  Another local government pursuant to NRS 332.351 to be qualified as a qualified service company.
