333.150  Purchases or contracts for rental or lease for using agencies.  The Chief shall:

      1.  Purchase or contract for all supplies, materials and equipment; and

      2.  Contract for the rental or lease of equipment,

Ê needed by any using agency, unless otherwise provided by law.
