341.158  Use of Board’s services by Legislative Branch of State Government.  The provisions of this chapter do not apply to the Legislative Branch of State Government. The Legislature may require the Board to provide the services described in NRS 341.141 to 341.155, inclusive, for particular projects for the Legislative Branch of State Government.
